Beyond her pastoral and consulting roles, Pastor Rachel has been married for sixteen years to her husband, Russ, and considers her greatest legacy to be their four children, Silas, Eli, Isaac, and Ariel. She and her family are proud to call Cleveland, TN, home, where she actively serves her community and church.

Rev. Rachel Barker serves as the Discipleship Pastor at Redemption Point Church of God in Ooltewah, TN, as an ordained minister in the Church of God. She holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration with a specialization in Nonprofit Management and Leadership from Capella University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Youth Ministry and Christian Education from Lee University.

Pastor Rachel is a published author, speaker, guest lecturer, and consultant. She provides churches and organizations with practical strategies for leadership, communication, and program development. Specializing in discipleship, developing leaders, and mission-driven communication, Rachel serves to help leaders overcome challenges and broaden their impact.
